We’d like to introduce you to the Frosts team, but we have a problem. We couldn’t possibly rank our team members in terms of importance, because everyone plays such an important and integral part in what we do. However we have to start somewhere, so here goes...
You may have watched as an outdoor space is transformed with soft, or hard landscaping, and marvelled at the skilled operatives making designs reality. Frosts' dedicated team of soft and hard landscaping operatives is our treasured resource, turning the dreams and aspirations of the landscape architects and designers into reality. These are the dedicated folk whose love of landscaping gets them up at the crack of dawn to head off to the site and work in just about any weather to get the job done on time and to the highest standards. We're so proud of our team of landscaping operatives who have won Frosts Landscapes many awards and accolades over the years.
Many of our staff have been with us for years, and the reason they stay is because they understand and are entirely invested in our "why." Our longest-serving member of staff has worked on the tools for 40 years. It will come as no surprise to know that Frosts Landscapers were chosen to have their 15 minutes of fame in three series of Love Your Garden, with Alan Titchmarsh!

The safety of our staff is our top priority and this professional team is responsible for ensuring our teams are trained appropriately and carry out their work safely, are environmentally responsible and that there is an auditable quality system backing up the whole project. We hold Lloyds UKAS Accredited ISO 9001, 14001 and OHSAS 45001.
Tasked with supporting managers and supervisors, with an overview of all our operations procedures, our OM is ex-armed forces, a team-builder, calm under pressure, technically-minded and supremely well-organised, as you would expect.
These are our skilled personnel who ensure that all our projects are completed safely, on time and on budget, with the support of the estimators and quantity surveyors. This is our client-facing team members, who are forward-thinking, diverse and experienced in delivering complex soft and hard landscape projects for commercial and private clients.
From the Financial Controller to Estimators and Quantity Surveyors, this in an exceptionally experienced team. A dedicated band of bean counters often to be found working by candlelight into the wee small hours, our estimating team ensures that our bids are compliant and provide the most cost-effective solution specific to our clients’ needs and budgets.
With a lifetime of experience in landscaping, and working across multi-disciplined projects, this is the team responsible for managing both the contractual and financial side of our projects.
Last but not in any way least, the “glue” that makes it all stick together, is our brilliant team of administrators, who support and work with and alongside everyone else. Their knowledge spans everything we do.
