Workplace
Frosts Landscapes is a great place to work, where our staff feel valued, supported and safe in their working environment: office-based, onsite or remote-working. We are committed to creating a culture of inclusion and diversity, and this commitment is closely linked to our belief that individual differences are important, recognised and respected. We train our staff to do their job well and to develop their full potential.
Our proactive approach to team and individual development, regardless of position or role within the company, is why we retain staff for decades. We aim to continue to be a great employer, meeting both the needs of our staff and clients alike.
Our policies ensure that our staff are treated fairly and with integrity. In return, our staff understand what is expected of them and what they can expect from each other and the senior management team.

Workplace Policies and Procedures
The implementation of the Lloyds Accredited OHSAS 19001 H&S Management System ensures that our workplace is fully compliant with current legislation. To safeguard our staff, our Ethical Trading Policy ensures the following: no child labour, safe and hygienic working conditions, pay rates above living wage, reasonable working hours, freely chosen employment, a working environment that is free from discrimination and that regular employment is provided (no zero hours contracts). Additional workplace policies in place include an Anti-Bribery and Corruption Policy.
Where we use outside suppliers and subcontractors, we employ stringent vetting and routine monitoring of performance to ensure compliance to the highest standards.
We are 100% confident of our excellent company moral code that reaches or exceeds the expectations of staff, clients, stakeholders, the public, government bodies and society.
