Ryder Court

Ryder Court, a stunning 75,000 sq ft office building in St James's, London SW1, has undergone a remarkable refurbishment right in the heart of the St James Conservation Area.

Chapman Architects have brilliantly extended the commercial life of this wonderful building with a design that prioritizes access to nature, enhancing both individual and collective wellbeing. Modern office tenants are increasingly seeking private amenity spaces, and on behalf of our client Collins Construction we've delivered just that!

We are thrilled to complete the hard and soft landscape package creating a true garden in the sky! Designed by Phil Allen Design, the terrace features a beautiful, planted pergola, raised planters, and a floriferous planting scheme including species such as Acis autumnalis, Ballota pseudodictamnus, Hylotelephium 'Purple Emperor', Nepeta nuda and Stipa itchu all nestled under Acer ginnala and Prunus lusitanica multistem trees.

A new feature artwork in Preta Johan St Tirso granite is surrounded by a new Atria porcelain terrace.
