Soft Landscape Supervisor

Key Skills Required

• A proven track record in delivering large landscape projects
• Experience of running in house and sub-contract teams
• Coordinate tool and material deliveries including storage and inventories of materials on site
• Excellent horticultural and plant identification skills
• Broad range of landscaping experience
• Ability to handle detail, work to tight deadlines and solve problem in a proactive manner
• Work closely to organise and control site labour, working closely with the Contract Manager to ensure that the correct resources are in the right place at the right time
• Team player promote a positive working environment
• Excellent planning and organisational skills
• Passionate about landscaping, positive and self-motivated, with a can-do attitude
• Drawing interpretation skills, able to recognise where further information is required
• Ability to build relationships with in house, subcontract teams’ clients and architects to ensure projects are completed on time
• Capable of working under pressure with the ability to meet deadlines
• Machinery tickets would be an advantage
• Excellent attention to detail ensuring works are carried out to the highest standard first time

Role Requirements

• Current CSCS card preferably Gold Card
• Current CPCS card
• SSTS
• Full UK driving licence would be preferable
